Most of the recipes here are Indian, as I have learned to cook moringa leaves here only which is not only healthy but also flavourful.

Leaves with eggs

I don’t like my eggs plain with salt and pepper so I keep adding different vegetables seasonally, in that case adding moringa leaves is also a great option, in case you feel it’s bitter you can saute the leaves or steam them a little before adding them to eggs.

Apart from making typical recipes of moringa you can start adding them to your other recipes as well in little amounts as seasoning or mixed with salad.

Moringa face mask

Apart from consuming moringa leaves it can also be applied directly on the face for a healthy beautiful skin, you just need to make a mask and apply it on your face for 12-17 mins, that will do the wonderful job.

For making the mask, mix the moringa powder with honey or yogurt to make a paste-like consistency.

In order to use moringa leaves for a long time you can make moringa powder yourself rather than buying them online if you have the luxury of having a moringa tree in your backyard.
